生理特点：
满十二个月时，男婴体重达8.1--12.4千克，，身长70.7--81.5厘米，女婴体重达7.4--11.6千克，身长68.6--80.0厘米。头围46厘米，胸围46厘米，出牙6-8颗。
发育指标：
不必扶，自己站稳能独走几步;认识身体部位三到四处;认识动物三种;会随儿歌做表演动作;能完成大人提出的简单要求;不做成人不喜欢或禁止的事;开始对小朋友感兴趣，愿意与小朋友接近、游戏。
养育指南：
这个月如果宝宝身体健康的话，就应该断母乳了。
断母奶后，每天喝一到两次牛奶。
断母乳后，宝宝可能发生大便干燥，可在饮食上增加素菜量，香蕉、蜂密也有润肠作用。继续加强语言训练，为宝宝创造说话的机会。鼓励孩子用语言表达他自己的愿望。
引导孩子和个性向着良好健康的方向发展，对于孩子不好的行为家长要明确表示禁止。对于孩子好的行为，家长要加以鼓励。
不要让孩子过多地看电视，孩子应该在与人、与事物的接触过程中成长。加强父母与孩子的交流，保持愉快的家庭气氛，使孩子保持良好的情绪状态。
继续训练孩子走路。
每天要有至少三小时的户外活动时间。
免疫计划：
这个月没有要接种的项目，不过到了1岁半-2岁间，宝宝可以接种百白破疫苗(加强)、脊髓灰质炎糖丸(部分)。

不要迁就宝宝的不合理要求;
不要故意学宝宝错误的发音，否则错误的发音就固定下来，以后很难纠正。
